"Salvation" is not a relevant concept in some religious belief systems.
Do atheists have a concept of "salvation"?
Some religious belief systems--most notably Hindus and Buddhists--wouldn't argue there's only one true way as many Christians and Moslems do. If you assume that sentient beings are re-incarnated and have many, many lives, there are obviously many paths of spiritual growth and liberation from suffering. It may be necessary for a Hindu to come back as a Moslem or Christian or Atheist in order to learn certain lessons before s/he is finally released from the wheel of suffering (the cycle of reincarnation).
Although both ideas try to answer questions about death, release from the wheel of suffering is not the same as eternal salvation of the soul.
