Lots of wives or husbands look back on many years of marraige and wonder " what was I thinking? or why did I stay with that person so long when he/she was a creep?" I think that is the point I am trying to make. We all are ashamed of alot. But I think lots of people feel that way about different decisions in their lives. Like staying with an alcoholic father for the " sake of the kids" using drugs, affecting your whole family, gambling away your families savings, ect. We are not the only ones who are living with regret. We really did mean to help people, serve Jesus, ect. See where I`m comin from?
