James Seemore, or should I perhaps say Mowgli, you could learn a thing or two from this humble handmaid who.... (uncontrolled blubbering and tongues) ...yea, this little one who is nothing in her own eyes who yea, who shall be greatly exalted and invited into the very arms of David to suckle, yea, at the very hairy paps of David her nursing father. And she shall be brought into the Days of Heaven house of David while these others, these Mowglis who run with the wolves, are cast into outer darkness, howling at the moon and other suchlike things that wolves doeth hither and yon.
(David blows his nose vigorously with his hanky, then wipes his tear-stained eyes.) It's so sad. I called unto Mowgli, all day long have I implored him to repent, but he would not. He was busy running with the wolves by posting on ex-member backslider boards. And did I tell you about the shocking revelation that came to me?
(Maria: What?)
Remember the "Jungle Book" movie? Remember who wanted to devour Mowgli?
(Maria: The serpent, Kaa! Oh no! Does that mean...?)
Yes, Kaa! Let's call him Ka-ka to show what he's really like. Yes, not only Ka-ka, but Sheer Khan the tiger. The tiger I'm sure symbolizes demonic powers too.
(Maria: So Kaa, the wolves, the tiger all symbolize demons, and Mowgli symbolizes backsliders?)
Yes! Exactly! And to think we let our children watch that horror movie! I think I'll call this sobering talk, "Mowgli and the Ka-Ka." Son, I think this is a warning to you to humble yourself and come suck the paps of your Pappy, and be content in the House of David! There's true liberty in the words of David, yea, even in the spittle and drool that drippeth from his mouth, that thou mayest anoint thine eyes with it as with eyesalve, and see.
Are you thirsty for Pappy's paps? Do you thirst for his drool? (David weeps.)
