I think to a certain extent that's true though I'd hesitate to make a doctrine out of it and ride it like a hobby horse into oblivion. There are a lot of variables and things we don't understand. For example, if God is obliged to do justice if you raise your voice "at all" then why does injustice prevail so often unless good people rouse themselves to heroic, self-sacrificial deeds. Why, in Jesus' parable, did the persistent widow have to keep coming and keep coming to the unjust judge if the thought is that he heard her first grumble?
