She didn't take time to think through what was happening or if she did, she choose to directly disobey God, by listening to the twisting of the scripture that Satan gave her.
ie
Has not God said you can eat every fruit.
compare it with
eat of all except this tree.
It was not wrong of Eve to question or doubt, it was wrong when she choose not to obey God's clear command and go with what Satan had suggested.
Seeking and questioning are all good. Jesus said if we ask and seek we will find.
