I'll try and look up something on the subject. It was just a simple health class in junior college. Why don't you take a few classes at junior college - it is usually free. That is if you are in the states. Anyway, take a few classes somewhere, you'll be amazed at how your mind will gulp up all the new information that was denied you all the time you were in TF. It's so liberating.
