I've had my angry phases, too, believe me.
Sometimes my buttons get pushed, and I go psycho-hosebeast. The 2004 US national election made me go bonkers. Seriously, I had to have my medication adjusted and went back into therapy for nine months. It wasn't simply this website. I live in the capitol of the state that determined the outcome of the election. We were innundated day and night by public rallies, phone calls, phamplets, emails, soapbox oraters, community action groups, campaign workers at the front door, etc., etc.
I work in state government, and I watched some very dirty tricks go down from a front row seat. Both sides stirred up people's fears to a fever pitch. Did I mention a vicious statewide referendum that scapegoated gays with a totally unnecessary amendment to the state constitution? Like I said, injustice is only relative if you're on the side of priviledge. If you're on the receiving end of these divide-and-conquer games of powerful elites, it feels like hate-mongering, pure and simple.
I can't remember what nick I was using when I came out as a Christian. Maybe my first name?
