I know what you mean, & maybe I slightly overstated what I meant. But seeing as how the case could have gone either way, it would have been precedent-setting either way -- tho not entirely new. Paigent & many other authors truly believed (& still believe) that ideas are intellectual property, but this judgment tilts things more the other way.
