I'm glad you think our rules are fair, but as you might have noticed the last few days re: other situations, applying these rules & making judgment calls falls to the coordinators, & we're only human & sometimes over-react, sometimes under-react.
I'm not sure what you mean by continued insensitivity. If you mean remarks by ToC down the page a ways posted after your last post, please note that I deleted one of his/her posts that I felt crossed the line -- actually more than one.
