Good words, Farmer, and Mr, Don.
By the way, my degree is in science--an interdisciplinary study of cell bio, advamnced human physiology, other "hard" science, math, physics, and so on. About 130 credit hours contributed to my Baccalaurate--no brag; just fact.
AS I said; several of us could individually engage in intelligent conversation on the subjects mentioned.
Farmer feels that math is the "King" of the sciences, and I tend to agree; to the degree that measurable data is being observed and quantified in its chemical and physical relationships.
I also contend that advanced human physiology, medicine, and their application to understanding of the human body within the various areas of human health are collectively the "Queen" of the sciences.
MS, how do you actually view science, and how do you define the scientific method; itself, for starters?
Respectfully,
