Being "traumatized" (big word) by God's Word is to IMO a strange thing for a believer...I know you can fall on the rock - hurtful - or be squashed by it...very "harmful"/destructive...you can be in shock, having the appearance of God & angels, to the point of fainting...& you say, you were traumatized...well, if you say so...the Word has healing power too...
I missed your point?...you were traumatized by the Word of God...it's not men's Word by the way...
Well, I made my point, that I think the Word - on a set card or not - is important...may be you putting it all in the right perspective now...but I rather think Rom 8:28...may be you needed the detour?
