Thought that was "funny"...didn't know this particularity of America...although California fits in general...multiethnical & many with lots of money & time to think the "impossible"...you remember Albatross studies there?...but I think he is rather patriotical?!?
If you serve around as much as I think most do here, you come easily across some Christians, who have a very similar doomscenario in mind as TF, whereby I much doubt, that those people have heard anything about TF or are in any case linked, who also "flee" to some countryside(refugefarm), expecting riots & turmoil etc. ... so I wouldn't suggest , to think of TF any more special than in the most "special"/very weird/wicked & strange cases of doctrinal viewpoints & pratices...of which there are still too many, sad to say.
