I totally agree with your point but it is not a walk in the park, considering how politically correct society modern western culture is becoming. I imagine it is difficult to do satiric comedy about an ideology and still maintain respect people who support that ideology. Some people are liable to be offended.

For instance, what about them white protestant males who meet in secret and sometimes wear white sheets and pointed hats? They call themselves christians and, to prove it, organize camp fire parties in christian churches, mostly of black people. They help the reconstruction of their buildings by starting the process and destroying them. These folks often use their trucks to gather their flock, members go on the bed and non-members are towed. We may think they are not funny but their contradictions and seriousness are laughable. Known as the Knights of Kookie Knowledge, or KKK by some ignora-moose, they are a fine bunch of red-blooded individuals proud of their heritage and oblivious to whoever is on their way.

None of the above is satire but the plain and clear truth (maybe not the name) but as informative as it may be, it is bound to offend somebody. How to prevent that?

By the way, dear skeptic, the handle I use is Skep and is kool, as is skeptic. It's funny that we think alike on this but let's not confuse people too much and make clear that we are two separate and different individuals. Maybe I'll become Skip, or better yet skipper if "they" come looking for me.
