Still not getting 100% what you mean...let me refer to the thread...I addressed some words directly to you...because I felt...I had the "right" or the burden...since I started the thread...
I did feel...I shouldn't interrupt your dialogue with OT2...also, because I didn't have much time and still don't...fact.
To really tackle the substance of this thread...one would need...weeks to months and more.
May I remind you that the book is about Hinduism borrowing from Christianity...my guess was from Judaism before (thinking Hinduism's basics/roots to be older than "Christiqanity"----however Christ was way before Hinduism anyway)...so it was intriguing to me...having admitted that I haven't read the book online in totality.
If I may say that now...but it seems to me , the original topic wasn't yet met in the dialogue too much and you kind of swayed it into a discussion via syncretism...new age...etc. to the failures of the churches...
I didn't bother too much about commenting...see my time-problem...but this is now "bothering" me a bit...your comment...so please make it a bit more "plastic"...you say in German...more tangible
give an example not for .... sake...but my sake...
please
I gave you now my short version, why I carefully
interceded here a bit...feeling, the subject got "hijacked"...happens all the time on boards
