What google can do...I was kind of lonely...just a joke...and typed in the name of my best high school friend ... then living in my neighborhood in Berlin.After passing the highschool he went on to study theology in Tübingen...after battling first a bit with whether or not becoming a doctor or rather a pastor.I had enrolled for maths...and actually we weren't then in the same class anymore, because he was on the language-branch so to speak...In the eighties, while I was in India, I had written to him at his parent's place...them being some type of evangelicals...baptists?? (may be he'd turn to be a potential supporter??...hint, hint... YK)
Anyway...I addressed him as: "dear brother in Jesus"...to which he replied...that he thought, we had apparently a different Jesus...after I left...I thought he was right...but seeing now, into what his split off -movement...(from the baptists or so; the founder seemed to have had links to the Jesus People movement...also having studied like my friend to be a pastor...kind of unusual for super charismatics...they just get it like Berg) has developed into...going by critical observers (I haven't listed them here, as it is in German)...linking them also with the Toronto-"blessing" type of stuff...I wonder!!!!...whether he should go back to "square one"....too...where he apparently left off...
Makes me really wonder...
Some of their pro Israel and pro Jewish survivors and pro reconciliation-initiatives seem to be very good ...but it also seems that there is a tough leadership-structure again (sigh, not again...) and another money-making scheme...something they gotta live off...if not working with the hands.
Anyway I am very shocked/not just surprised...I was surrounded from very early until later by "super charismatics" (Even my grandmother, who didn't survive WW II was in some sort of "sect"...though my mother never really went into depth about it)...suuuuper in a cynical way....greaaaaaaaaat....not
Please read me 1.Corinthians 13 again....oh, it's right after 12 and before 14....and everybody chatters...without any interpretation....just like in TFI...without any control...
Oh I read...this falling backward-stuff...one lady apparently died in the process of it...really great, not...I think I started my homework about it in the late nineties...some/many others are still fooling @ and are fooling others
Anyway this is close to being cultic/sectarian....kettle calling the pot black...not totally true, but close...mainly minus all our sexual offenses...etc
At times the charismatic guys bond easily with each other and at times they seem to envy the other...anyway...would not join TFI nowadays neither "that troop"....Thank God for liberation

There are many more dance and music clips...all that flag waving I've seen before....they are really into dance...now where is the pantomime?...actually where is the WORD of GOD....surely comes later...sometime...
Plus they are really into this deliverance...prayer warriorship...prayerchain etc.
They lamented about the resignation of our president of Germany last year on a website...that we didn't pray enough (as Germans)...therefore must have prayed harder for the next one (for politics in general...one of their great lines)...great, we got one who's a divorcee...never mind...must be better for us than the one before...huh???

They seem to also have links/likings with these fellows in brownsville AOG or so...sorrym, Pastor Don...but I think that's pretty serious stuff..not that I never heard of these type of things before...I repeat it here though...since we learn by repetition...often better.
