I rather think ...it's both...earthquakes are a major issue in the last 100 years......I am not informed enough, whether there has been historically a steeper riser in frequency and magnitude...but I was under the impression...that it is...unless the contrary is proven...
Meanwhile I will hold to the "evident"...(another thing has been on the rise...without need to "prove that"...wars...part of the predictions...again a very tragic thing...so how do you manage those facts???)
