for TFI it was never intended...we just have to consider 1993...
otherwise TFI is a bit like one of these snowball or pyramid-systems...it profits those who started it...few profit...many suffer financially
But like I said, it was never intended that way (funds set aside/pensions)...from what I remember...so I don't know, whether you ever counted on it????...of course it's tragic
