I understand you better now...I am sorry that I didn't patiently "extract" that from you but rather the harsher way...I am sorry for that...all the while I am happy for the result

LTE the problem with High demand groups as TFI is they take something from the Bible...mostly out of context and you learn everything by heart...with reference and therefore we were able to quote that to anyone or getting that quoted to us...mainly from leaders.I agree, that isa very heavy club-verse...Personally it helped me a lot to read what the brethren churches groups had to say...not that I totally agree with them, but for them there were certain times/dispensations...dealing with Israel and/or with the heathen...so to take some verse out of one dispensation and thinking it could always without question be applied to another needs first to be proven...some things just apply most of all for Israel...the churches...catholic and Lutheran alike did horribly wrong in history by establishing something like the substitution-theology...wherever there are nice promises to Israel...the churches would interpret it meaning for the Christian believers...that is not necessarily so IMO

Likewise one could at least ponder...argue...think it over...like the brethren do whether really everything in the 4 Gospels needs to be applied 1:1 to believers nowadays...then we really need to forsake all and follow HIM...although HE is not on earth anymore...the disciples were all out of Israel...me not...I rather have it with Paul that I out of the heathen have the great privilege to be joined to the olive-tree/Israel Romans 11

The problem is...mainly also with many a charismatic groups...rather all of them...that they put some heavy burdens on people...something they cannot achieve or under some very big strain....or not at all...e.g. if someone doesn't get healing the blame then is laid upon the sick for some sin he/she harbours and hasn't confessed yet. This can be traumatic IMO.With Paul not everyone got healed either....for us out of the heathen...I consider it anyway 100% first requirement to read what Paul had to say...and that would rela<tivate a lot of things..e.g.what we thought were requirements...Paul did say to his flock, they should labour with their own hands...others want always to be teachers and be paid for it

Critics though will say...that the (bad) church the altered church started with Paul...Jesus meant a different one...many books are written about that...for me BS...why would Jesus have called Saul/Paul in the first place??

Anyway just to say...it's important to picture Jesus as described in the Gospels...come unto me all ye that labour and are are heavy laden, and I will give you rest...that is NT...of course we can learn something about disobedience from Adam and Eve until Saul etc...or King David...the consequences...I realise...that I am actually not better than them...but I think many /most/all of us is most likely the end of King Saul and his sons spared...that is the point to learn too IMO...God is not only love...and merciful...but also powerful righteous etc...so actually I can't always do as I please...even if I do believe in choices...some are wrong and then I have tolearn by the results how wrong they were...

Difference with TFI is...you get heavily condemned...for a real good soldier doesn't make any mistake...how stupid...and the children alsomust always behave...also very stupid...it's a self-righteous works-trip and having seen some more recent pictures of TFI-members makes you wonder...the initial joy seems to be gone

My assumption: all stifled by the many rules and regulations...I also realise that at work/system!!!...the superiors are so naive...that they think, that a labourer should always be healthy...happy and should always avoid mistakes...given the right directives...it's just because they sit in their bureaus and dream great dreams
