Thanks LTE for always clarifying your stance...I seem to mostly assume the wrong...of what you mean ; ) ....may be my guessing gets better with time

Ok...you're getting "outcast" by many/most religions for something in particular...with the muslims it's still much more brutal...but even the churches had their very big or biggest share in that...I believe, because they had the wrong theology mixing theology with power on earth....totally wrong...

Well...according to the OT God particularly chose/had an eye on Israel...a very small nation...to that olive tree of real believers the heathen can be joined according to Paul (Romans 11)...choice...exactly

You will have your reasons, why you think nothing of it ...

I did post something here some years back about prophecies in old Hindu books...I think in the -Rig Veda...if I am not mistaken...where a special
anointed/enlightened...son of God like was promised...I could dig that up...I got it from various sources...

There is a Hindu turned Christian...who claims...that the old sages in India copied from the old jewish books, I also posted that some time ago...who knows...traditionally the Indians think their books are the oldest...a bit hard to verify that IMO

You wrote:

If TF really believed in universality, then they would cease to proselytize and lead people in saying a salvation prayer.
Is it all or nothing with you? Do you feel like if people aren't heeding your message if they don't become part of your olive tree then they should be avoided or converted?
Or do you believe it is possible to respect choices people make, even if you feel they are the wrong choices, because it is a very personal thing, deciding how to define spirituality

Well, that's what critics of the universal reconciliation say at times...that conversion would then make little sense or there would be little need...

Not quite...the books of the Bible do show a scheme of different "planes"...realms...areas for saved...I said it here several times before...I tend to agree with Berg who reasoned, that it makes little sense for the last white throne judgment...if everybody would then automatically be cast into the lake of fire...it's just reading a verdict already clear beforehand...and for whom whose healing would be the leaves of the tree of life inside of God's city..Rev.22:2...inside I think they don't need it but some outside of the city...therefor the reasoning of different levels of salvation.

Of course people's choices should be respected...in TFI others seemed to choose for us...but that is also a burden to choose. As a teenager I had a super hard time to choose a new pair of trousers...often I came home with none...cause I couldn't decide...

Like I said God didn't intervene in the garden...so disobeying became costly...it lead to a different life for that couple...

It's interesting, that you still talk about the spiritual...there are some die-hard materialists which are "slave to the thought"...just to be some "smart accumulation" of matter...which has the spin-off "benefit"/idiocy...to have scratched of God off the mind (actually I think, that is their idea of liberty...to not be accountable...maximum to the laws of man)...only that they have the puzzle/mystery where did matter come from?

For me the biggest prove of God is love and the beauty of women...to think that happened by chance....grief
