I also believe that a person can have spirituality without religion. And respect for the faith and belief systems (different than my own) that others may have or not have is a part of me being another human being on the planet. Communication, exchange, growth in relationships can and does happen all the time between peoples that aren't like-minded in faith and/or spirituality. I experience this a lot in my life these day, with both friends and acquaintances.
