I'd agree that atheists can be as "spiritual" as anyone else can be, while having no religion. I am not sure what I would be called, but I don't believe in religions. I do believe in Spirit or Soul, in the sense that there is energy, positive and negative. What is positive for one person may be negative for another and vice versa. I guess I'd be better described as agnostic because I don't believe in a person in a body that is a God who sits in some sort of dimension where, like greek gods of old, he can send a lightning bolt to take someone out as he pleases, or choose to test allegiances as with Job. I see that as rather sadistic.
