I am sorry for this...from my own experience...e.g. if I disconnect my router...for having to shift something or whatever technical reason, then it might be, that my posting is "in line"...on halt.
It happened already a couple of times...simply because the router seems to log in within another range of IPs or so...this might also be the case, if someone uses a notebook or whatever other mobile device...using maybe different public WLANS at different places....for security the known poster is given the customary IP-range...if one falls out of that range for "shifting's"-sake...then that has to be looked into again, by having to wait in the meantime for verification...just my 2c
