That's from wikipedia..."funny" how they got ahold of that piece...being from TFI...wasn't it at least DFO-classified??
I am not sure, what you exactly mean about wikipedia...at least the information site about TFI was in a constant "war" between pro TFIs and anti-"elements"...I remember I participated once in a "stupid" debate about FFing...some people thought it still to be "great"...
For quick reference on "worldly" events and facts or of scientific nature it's one very handy useful source...for first orientation...and some researchers say, that the standard is not really below that of very costly encyclopedias...
