I was happy when Obama got elected, here in Europe the image of America has greatly changed for the better since he’s been president. But American politics is something I’ve become disillusioned with. So I don’t post here very much and I don’t have that much that I feel like saying. On both sides, whether Democrat or Republican, they are owned by corporate America.

But since you seem to be a supporter of the Republican Party and you've been posting quite extensively giving a very strong principled arguement on marriage and fidelity on the Journeys board, I couldn’t help but draw up a short list of prominent Republicans who have often campaigned on family values and the holiness of marriage, who also campaigned for Clinton’s impeachment after Monika L, but since then they have now been exposed as hypocrites. Here are some of the most noteworthy, now infamous, for having sustained adulterous affairs behind the backs of their loving wives and families and all the while they making self-righteous speeches about family values and marriage. I’m sure there’s an equally long list of Democrats, but that’s not the point, Republicans often campaign on family values, these Republican politicians campaigned on family values:

Gov. Sanford, Sen. John Ensign, Rep. Henry Hyde, Rep. Helen Chenoweth, Rep. Dan Burton, Rep. Newt Gingrich, Sen. David Vitter, Rep. Don Sherwood, etc. to mention a few.

So why go after Obama? Are you a Republican? Do the Republicans have anything to offer that's better? One of their main anti-Obama speeches at the moment is how big Obama's making the government, and that’s all Obama wants is more big government. But it's completely irrational, nobody made government bigger than the Republicans under George W. Bush, most of the present deficit came from his humongous spending for 8 years.

Anyway, I can’t say much in favor of the Democrats so whoever goes after them there’s plenty to go after them for, just as there’s tons to go after the Republicans for.

I still like Obama.
