I stepped in because OT2 has a long history of being abrasive, agressive to the point of really hurting and upsettng people, and persistent to the point of cyber stalking. In fact, much of our forum rules and guidelines were written as a response to his behavior. As is the case with most people who go against the rules, they never seem to think they are wrong. OT2 was actually banned on a number of occasions (it was announced openly and explained clearly) and returned after taking a long break, asking if there was some reason he couldn't post. We decided to let it slide, let him back in, as long as he stayed away from his old abrasive manner.
