I live outside the U.S. in Western Europe, and I've already mailed in my vote.
Here people are really rooting for Obama, they see how much America's image has been damaged and they believe a new adminstration under Obama will make the world safer. The Bush doctrine has made the world much more dangerous and they hope that things can be reversed.
