I agree with "LB has been very patient and longsuffering and submitted to much more scrutiny than many of us would."

I think it's an exaggeration to say at this point that everythings taken on an inquisitorial tone.

This whole thing started with LB noticing some false, grossly distorted or outdated information about them published on the Internet. The LB folks have come here to dispel false libelous information, and these are mostly natural normal questions. Apart from the disputed information, everyone else is asking legitimate questions that should be asked. In the process we are also learning a lot about why we ask what we do, and if we have a right to ask those things.

While I agree that nobody, SG or FG or any other G is in a position to test others in some sort of ex-member orthodoxy, I do think that assuming this weak position of FGAs is a big mistake. We certainly have our share of responsibility for starting the whole damn thing, and we have the burden of living with the shame of what we have helped perpetrate. But to assume FGAs are somehow weakened in ability or moral position and should not dare question SGs or any other Gs is unfounded. SGs are also capable of perpetrating the evil we helped start. It's not about which G, its about doing the right thing. If FGs are doing what they can to help set things right, they should be welcome.

This is not a FG vs. SG issue.

Just so you know, LB has won my support.
