Thanks for taking the time to answer. Believe it or not, I was not asking to try and corner you or any other such motivation.
One thing that had been on my mind for many years is the situation with the street kids in Brazil and how they were rounded up and shot and killed in some instances. It is just so incredibly heinous. I had no idea until your posts that Russia has this situation on their sts. We have it here in America, but there are many shelters and resources which apparently Russia and Brazil have little of.
