politics and religion

I've always seen politics and religion as two sides of the same coin: one is secular, the other sacred, but both are about ideology, world view, ideals, principles and values.

The minds of people are simultaneously enslaved and liberated by the currency of politics and religion. Actually, I don't find either politics or religion very liberating, but I do find a path to freedom through spirituality and social action.
