Sam,

I think it would be a good idea to clarify in your newsletter where you talk about Maresha S. and others that this is stuff these young women testified to that happened to them as children, but that the people who you refer to are not only out of the Family but have even gone the extra step and spoken out about the truth, which not everybody has done. I think this would be very classy of you.

As it stands, the way it's written you just state this degrading and extremely personal stuff without making it clear that these were minors who then left and were brave enough to testify.

It makes you a very good candidate for a strongly-worded cease-and-desist letter from a lawyer, when a few words could clarify and stop putting them in a false light. The SGs I know are getting more established by the day and more knowledgeable about their legal rights and able to hire lawyers.

Plus, the better they are able to do in the world the more your cause of exposing the Family will advance. Just think, those who have spoken out, against whom the Family prays most vehemently, and here you are helping to fulfill the Family's prayers for them to suffer by being less than cautious in your writing! It totally shoots yourself in the foot to be less than clear about these SGs who have clearly left and taken a stand long ago. Unless you are actually woking to help the Family, which i somehow doubt.

Also, recall that the English Judge gave an order that the people in the case not be identified by other people by more than their initials. If somebody were to pursue contempt of court due to things that you got from that judgment and added full names to which were NOT in the judgment, well, just think about it.

Between you and another high-profile exer FG who has written certain things carelessly and inaccurately, you are choosing to punish the SGs who have spoken out. What kind of incentive do you think this creates? With "friends" like that, who needs the Family?
