Acheick : I went to a USA law web site. I read the sexual abuse statutes for Texas, New York and Washington state. They all are similar to ours up here in Canada. Washington State had the most detailed posting. If you need more info Email me and I can give you the web sites. In some states they have separated touching and not touching abuse into different offences.
