I like all your ideas, but that's just me personally. I really, really like your idea of getting the COG to pay for their not giving the kids an education and kicking many of htem out with no recourse. So, maybe it's better they don't dissolve, that way they have some money to give to these kids. Good idea. Give us all time to think and reflect on all these wonderful ideas you just put forth.
