You have really good ideas. I think someone tried this before and many of the webmasters on other sites didn't want to work like that, which is too bad, because it is a great idea. I'm not the webmaster here, only a coordinator. But I'm willing to help anyone who has an agenda such as you do. Just let me know what I can do. I can email you, if you like.
