I would too - take him to court and let the court do it's job. I didn't say that Maria wasn't accountable. I know a few professional and fully equipped folks who could help her though.
But anyway, the thread that got this whole thing started wasn't about letting her off the hook. It was about seeing her as perhaps the most abused of all, and delusional, in my opinion, at that. I think she's been indoctrinated to believe that it isn't all that bad. But yea, let's not argue this back and forth anymore.
