Thank you for your encouragement.

"Fly on the wall" sounds like many SGAs can sound, angry at their parents for letting them be born into and living in a cult. I don't blame them. But that mantra can also blind them to the complexity of the issues.

Sometimes people react on the limited information they have. Maybe because I was reluctant to be detailed it lead to that response. Well it's OK, now I've had an opportunity to tell my story.

Everyday I deal with the consequences of decisions I made decades ago. How can I not be taking the responsibility? I have children born only because of my involvement with the family.

Leaving the family required logistics and planning, and waiting for the right opportunity. Most of all it required being mentally strong enough to do it because of the brainwashing. Perhaps some people think it's like walking out of a job or even a relationship, but it's much more difficult than any of that.

If Berg is dead, it is fine for us to talk the shit out of him. There is no slander or libel on dead persons. If it makes us feel better to set the record straight, I'm all for it. Yes, you are right, the family as it is today is founded on Berg's teachings. remove them and you will not have ANYTHING resembling the family today.
