My hubby just informed me

That I have changed tremendously over the years. He reminded me that I used to get beet-red in the face whenever anyone mentioned the F. or Berg, he said I'm much, much calmer now. I sincerely believe it was coming to these boards and talking it out with all of you that helped me get over my anger and my depression. Where else could we get that kind of support and understanding. As Miriam Williams pointed out in a recent paper of hers I just read, there is nothing available for people leaving cults. There are all kinds of support groups for all kinds of ailments, but absolutely nothing for excultists. We're on our own, kids, it's all up to us. I want to thank you all for bringing me to this point and helping me find the healing I was desperately looking for.
