I'm sorry to hear that happened to your kids, but that was just an isolated case.

You can't blame it on the whole group it was just some out-of-it individuals.

You should take individuals to court even though you don't know what their names are and we won't tell you where to find them.

What, we didn't sanction such behavior! No we just left the door open for it and pedofiles could do anything they had the "faith" for.

What? We never encouraged incest, we said it was dangerous.

Show it to me in writing. What? We never wrote that. Berg may have said this is the word of God but he changed his mind.

What? We never said it was OK, we said it was fine if you had "faith" for it.

OK, that were a few cases of isolated incidents.

OK, there were many cases of isolated incidents, but it certainly wasn't the norm.

OK, so it may have happened a lot, but we changed our mind about it.

What? No we don't need to come out and say it was wrong in order to understand we need to change.

We changed our policies because it was dangerous for us. But there's nothing inherently wrong with it.

No, we don't do that stuff anymore, we've changed. That's why we shouldn't get bitter and blame the author of those mo letters.
