I remember when we had to take fish oil capsules in the F. for our health. Vit A it supplied and a bunch of other stuff. I can't remember where we got that from - Adelle Davis books? Anyway, the kids always remind me of that - I think I'll get some and get back into the healthy diet I once was committed to. I kind of threw that out too, sigh.
