Yes Miguel, you hit the nail on the head. It is disenchanting, but perhaps part of the family still in us that many times causes the strange reaction to treat f. personalities (either ex or still in) with kid gloves when being family defensive, or big on the forgive and forget, don't be angry! Whereas when people who were former grunt workers or unknowns that hold the same position are treated similar to how they were within the family. It is an observation. I see it at times in myself, and I don't like it.
