Interesting article on JWs disfellowshipping

What struck me about this is how you don't have to have a group that is living communally to have control over the members such as the F. does. I think the JWs are in just the same category and are very similar in their techniques. It's interesting to note that Berg studied them and drew from their doctrines quite heavily.
