Tee-hee - I like that. Good for your kids. I agree - they need to be able to make their own choices and how can they if they have every little thing told to them what to do or not do. I didn't like that in the F., so after we left, I gave them a LOT of lee-way. We went through some difficult periods also but learned from it. I think the way the F. handles their kids is all backwards and wrong. They are not going to come out ahead as hard as they try.
