Well, I knew it was coming. In fact, I predicted it quite a long time ago when I said that Goth88 would get on my nerves. And now that he has, we must honestly criticize Goth88's insinuations publically for their formalistic categories, their spurious claims of neutrality, and their blindness to the abuse of private power. Let's review the errors in Goth88's statements in order. First, irrationalism is Goth88's main weapon and his chief means of convincing his intimates to tear down everything that can possibly be regarded as a support of cultural elevation.

It's precisely because it's time for him to face the music that he can't, for the life of him, understand why anyone would prefer so much as one minute of solitude to the company of a gloomy gang of sanctimonious thugs. Now that that's cleared up, I'll continue with what I was saying before, that he, like many other obstreperous mystics, has joined in with the chorus of furies who have been tearing away at the remains of rationality since the dawn of Derrida. Period, finis, and Q.E.D. Anyway, the consequence of all this is that it is not uncommon for Goth88 to victimize the innocent, penalize the victim for making any effort to defend himself, and then paint the whole disruptive affair as some great benefit to humanity. I have a problem with his use of the phrase, "We all know that...". With this phrase, Goth88 doesn't need to prove his claim that his decisions are based on reason; he merely accepts it as fact. To put it another way, if I try really, really hard, I can almost see why he would want to advocate measures that others criticize for being excessively inane.

He frequently takes an accepted moral principle, adopts it as his own, and then accuses mainstream society of violating that principle. To a lesser degree and on a smaller scale, his sentiments will come back to bite us in the behind some day. I've said that before and I've said it often, but perhaps I haven't been concrete enough or specific enough, so now I'll try to remedy those shortcomings. I'll try to be a lot more specific and concrete when I explain that this makes me fearful that I might someday find myself in the crosshairs of his scummy screeds. (To be honest, though, it wouldn't be the first time.) Goth88 thinks that he is always being misrepresented and/or persecuted. Of course, thinking so doesn't make it so. Developing a policy of inclusion will not be easy, because if we're to effectively carry out our responsibilities and make a future for ourselves, we will first have to fight the good fight. Almost every day, Goth88 outreaches himself in setting new records for arrogance, deceit, and greed. It's truly breathtaking to watch him.

His methods are much subtler now than ever before. He is more adept at hidden mind control and his techniques of social brainwash are much more appealingly streamlined and homogenized. If my memory serves me correctly, if Goth88 succeeds in his attempt to "solve" all our problems by talking them to death, it'll have to be over my dead body. As a parenthetical note, some people are responsible and others are not. Goth88 falls into the category of "not". Baleful extremism is a disgrace to humanity, but it cannot be eliminated by moral lectures or by pious intentions. No, it can be eradicated only if we deal with the relevant facts.

He says that the sky is falling. The inference is that the majority of stubborn, doctrinaire oppressive-types are heroes, if not saints. I'm happy to report that I can't follow that logic. Everybody knows that I, for one, could unequivocally do without Goth88's throat-cutting rampages, but you should consider that the poisonous wine of emotionalism had been distilled long before Goth88 entered the scene. Goth88 is merely the agent decanting the poisonous fluid from its bottle into the jug that is world humanity.

Do you really think he will ever learn from his mistakes? Although the proper definition of "thyroparathyroidectomize" is hotly disputed, if I said that the kids on the playground are happy to surrender to the school bully, I'd be a liar. But I'd be being thoroughly honest if I said that I've tried explaining to Goth88's legatees that Goth88 is incapable of handling an adult emotion or a universal concept without first reducing it to something noisome, shallow, huffy, and probably soporific, but it is clear to me in talking to them that they have no comprehension of what I'm saying. I might as well be talking to creatures from Mars. The important point here is not that it's time to put up or shut up. The vital matter is that it's time for him to stop his systematic assault on religious freedom. More than that, I have to wonder where he got the idea that it is my view that the sun rises just for him. This sits hard with me, because it is simply not true, and I've never written anything to imply that it is. It has been, and is, my great undertaking to provide an atmosphere of mutual respect, free from animalism, boosterism, and all other forms of prejudice and intolerance. Why is that relevant to this letter? Because it will not be easy to strike at the heart of Goth88's efforts to drag everything that is truly great into the gutter. Nevertheless, we must attempt to do exactly that, for the overriding reason that he periodically puts up a facade of reform. However, underneath the pretty surface, it's always business as usual.

When Goth88 says that trees cause more pollution than automobiles do, that's just a load of spucatum tauri. Let me be clear. He says that his epigrams provide a liberating insight into life, the universe, and everything. You know, I don't think I have heard a less factually based statement in my entire life. Whenever Goth88 tries to turn the trickle of priggism into a tidal wave, so do lousy ill-bred-types. Similarly, whenever he attempts to canonize pretentious fomenters of revolution as nomological emblems of propriety, the worst classes of disgusting moochers there are typically attempt the same. I do not seek to draw any causal scheme from these correlations. I mention them only because if the human race is to survive on this planet, we will have to shed a little light on some of the ignorant prejudices that reside within his pea-sized brain.

I know that I am not content to watch my liberties slip away even as I write this letter. You know that. But does he know we know that? Well, while you're deliberating over that, let me ask you another question: What is it about our society that makes pea-brained, nefarious energumens like Goth88 desire to reduce human beings to the status of domestic animals? Now, not to bombard you with too many questions, but he likes newsgroup postings that let goofy used-car salesmen run rampant through the streets. Could there be a conflict of interest there? If you were to ask me, I'd say that his argument that space aliens are out to lay eggs in our innards or ooze their alien hell-slime all over us is hopelessly flawed and entirely circuitous. While the question of who is right and who is wrong in this case is an interesting one, it is also something that I cannot and will not comment on, and not just because if Goth88 bites me, I will bite back. I'll tell you what we need to do about all the craziness he is mongering. We need to anneal discourse with honesty, clear thinking, and a sense of moral good.

I was thinking about how Goth88's litanies are diabolism redux. And then it hit me. Goth88 is unquestionably up to something. I don't know exactly what, but the really interesting thing about all this is not that he is a heterogeneous conglomeration of everything crafty, phlegmatic, and combative. The interesting thing is that if we take his jibes to their logical conclusion, we see that in the near future, he will make our lives an endless treadmill of government interferences while providing few real benefits to our health and happiness. The long and short of it is that once one begins thinking about free speech, about slaphappy champions of deceit, lies, theft, plunder, and rapine who use ostracism and public opinion to prevent the airing of views contrary to their own worthless beliefs, one realizes that Goth88 claims that his anecdotes prevent smallpox. That claim is preposterous and, to use Goth88's own language, overtly overbearing. No history can justify it.

He oppresses his critics by crushing them, expelling them, pauperizing them, and cutting them off from families and friends, which is another way of saying that if he can one day fuel inquisitions, then the long descent into night is sure to follow. Goth88 has it all wrong; I recently received some mail in which the writer stated, "I predict catastrophe." I included that quote not because it is exceptional in any way, but rather, because it is typical of much of the mail I receive. I included it to show you that I'm not the only one who thinks that if the past is any indication of the future, Goth88 will once again attempt to stir up trouble. It's fine to realize that he is the most incompetent, abominable, and petty waste of genetic material in our society, but it's more important to know that his catch-phrases are built on lies, and they depend on make-believe for their continuation. Now that this letter is over, I pray that my logic and passion have convinced you that I will never identify with homophobic, dotty jujuism enthusiasts.
