donny, just to clarify, it isn't humility, ..everything is lower case pretty much except for "J"..my typing simply sucks.
i am not denying the helpfulness of "venting"...the question was what do people see as the next "stage"..(you did agree that it is a stage.) i just haven't seen much discussion of what it is that people have found helpful in turning that page. there is no "judgment" in the question...just a question.
of course i have noticed that other things happen on the board. i was simply addressing that one thing. blessings....
