It used to be fun - a quick meal when you're on the run - now it takes like cardboard. If I absolutely have to eat out I try to find a supermarket deli and you can usually find a nice sandwhich with some sweet fixins for less than $3.00. That includes the drink. Another thing about eating out, our family more often than not orders water to drink. That's where restaurants make their money and charge bukku bucks for a bunch of syrup. Well, nowadays I order ice tea as I can refill it and sweeten it with sweetnlow. But if you want to save money, most definitely order water.
