My guess is that if Berg died under an assumed name, then there is death certificate for David Berg. If there is no death certificate for David Berg, then he still owns the copyright as long as he is alive! Bingo, only he can sue. I guess it shouldn't be such a big problem for the F., they can just call on him from Heaven, or on one of his trips visiting the homes, searching for peanut butter, or reviewing movies with Jesus.
