My understanding after having reviewed documents on their website, and speaking to Grant himself is that FCF is a stand-alone separate non-profit Corporation.
However, after having reviewed a number of projects featured on their website, I have formed an opinion that the organization exists primarily to raise funds for individuals and groups who also happen to be members of The Family.
My own conclusion is that it would incorrect to say that FCF IS the Family. However, it would be correct to say that FCF exists primarily to raise funds for projects operated by members of The Family.
