I remember being in Sweden in a "problem parent home" where the shepherds were supposed to deal with us and get us in line. One day the shep. took a train with me to Stockholm, I had my baby and we passed the place where you pay, I said something about it and got a severe rebuke. Well we got on the train and someone came to check for tickets (it was one of those trains where they did only spot checks). I was so scared, but the ticket-checker that caught us saw me with the baby and let us go. that was not God providing. That was stealing. And it was very humiliating. Here are people that teach stealing at times, and then there were letters about tithing, not just 10% of actual cash income, but 10% of the value of all gifts, provisioned services, even meals someone else bought, right down to the last cracker. What letter was that? It is soooooooooo disgusting. I am sorry you have to deal with it with family still in, and I hope EVERY SINGLE DAY that your kids in, will make it OUT soon! There has always been that theory of godly "privelege". The longer someone stays in, the harder it gets to leave, the more ties at family of origin are severed, the more regrets, I hope anyone reading this will just think...There is a still small voice, and it is NOT the devil when it says "Something is wrong with this picture"... Freedom is not evil. Hang in there Acheick!!
