In other words, "I dropped in for fast food and have no patience with your fuckin accent. Go back to wherever you came from."
The guy is obviously bigoted against Latinos, Chinese immigrants, Vietnamese immigrants, East European immigrants, etc. many of whom have a heavy accent.
