Frankly, I don't give a rat's ass what Maria and Peter think about fighting or squabbling amongst exers. I just don't want to get stuck there. It does me no good personally. You have some good points about leaving, and what comes next. There are also places where women and men can go with kids and get assistance to leave an abusive situation. And the family sure qualifies as an abusive situation IMO. Most large cities in America have such shelters. They provide transitional assistance to aid people to get from point A (getting out of the abusive situation) to point B (getting on their own feet, finding housing, jobs, etc.) Many places provide job training and assistance, clothing, classes, job preparation and counseling at the same time. If anyone wants to leave the family, and if you post the area you want to find help at, I will do research for you.
