I read the deprogrammer Ted Patrick's book, and was shocked to find out how unoriginal we were. Most books which deal with the cultic experience in general, show that there are similar methods used by all cults. The Ted Patrick book I found to be very interesting, because it deals with the time period of the seventies when many groups were founded with just the same Christian based ideals.
